superb hotel
fine architecture professional staff comfortable bed
the architecture is fine. the staff were professional and engaging. the restaurant had great breakfast and good evening meals with excellent service. the rooms are everything was super clean. the bed was very comfortable. i have rarely found such quality.
room 207 was a preferential room. the window faced stairs to the entry courtyard. people could look into the room. privacy required drapes and windows closed.

Really good hospitality and beautiful hotel
kind staff complimentary wine
The staff was kind. They carried my luggage for me and parked my car. I enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine during check in. The hotel features a restaurant on the Michelin guide.
The hotel lacked a fitness area, a feature i consider important for the hotel standard. It would have been beneficial to have such space available on the premises.

helpful staff welcome drink flat access limited lift rooftop access staircase issue
the staff helped me a lot with my needs. i needed to be on the flat, so they made sure that happened. i liked that they provided a welcome drink on arrival too!
The lift only goes to the third floor, i saw. to reach the rooftop bar, i had to climb two flights of stairs. this was not ideal for me, i must say. I need a stick to walk. The rooftop bar does have some steps, too.

Wonderful Retreat in Palma
cozy area amazing staff helpful staff
I found the location perfect. The rooftop area is very nice and cozy. The staff was amazing and helpful. I especially appreciated the girls at the reception. I am very thankful for this stay.
The shower door did not fit well, so a large amount of water leaked out.

The staff responded promptly to my inquiries. They provided assistance with directions. The team also helped with luggage storage. The welcome drink was also very appreciated after a long day traveling.

Breakfast had a good range of options. The hotel has a rooftop terrace. I found sitting rooms near the lobby. The hotel included beautiful historic elements, specifically in the building's architecture.
